Review of the legislative changes in 2023 and prospects for 2024 / AmCham / Investment and Legal Seminar

On November 29, the office of AmCham / Pacific-Eurasian Business Alliance hosted an Investment and Legal Seminar “Review of the Legislative Changes in 2023 and Prospects for 2024”. Legal consultants and corporate lawyers took part both online and offline.

Kseniya Malmygina, an Associate in the Transactions and Corporate Law Practice at Nordic Star, spoke at the seminar. She -told the audience about how the approaches of the Supreme Court, formed in the outgoing year 2023, will affect how transactions are challenged in bankruptcy procedures in 2024.
