This week, the Supreme Court will review 63 cases. The Court will clarify whether the sale of an apartment belonging to a bankrupt individual requires notarization if a minor holds a share in the property. The Economic Disputes Panel will also assess the legitimacy of a 41-million-ruble pre-bankruptcy payment for legal services and clarify the deadline for the Federal Tax Service to audit controlled transactions. Additionally, the Supreme Court will reiterate the rules for determining customs duty obligations when filing an incomplete declaration for goods exported via multiple shipments.
