Our team represented Dutch companies within the framework of a multifaceted corporate conflict

We represented Dutch companies managed by a provisional administrator who was appointed by the Chamber of Commerce at the Court of Appeal of the Netherlands within the framework of a multifaceted corporate conflict. The work on this project required that arbitration proceedings be administered and coordinated in Russia together with a corporate investigation instituted by the Chamber of Commerce; liaison with the provisional administrator and advice on both Russian and Dutch law (represented the client before arbitral tribunals, administered litigation in foreign courts).
