We administered proceedings in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for a Cyprus company under a claim seeking to have debt recovered from a guarantor under a share sale and purchase agreement; we advised English and Cyprus lawyers, including regarding the possibility of a Russian court granting interim relief with respect to the assets of the guarantor in Russia (represented the client in courts of general jurisdiction and in commercial courts, as well as in international commercial arbitration).
