For our client, a subsidiary of S Group, the largest Finnish retailer, we analysed the town-planning characteristics of the land plot and the permitted use of the non-residential property located thereon for siting a shop in the leased premises. The project is very important for our client as any failure of the non-residential property to comply with the town-planning legislation may result in denial of an alcohol license and, consequently, in huge losses for the client.
