Andrew Bezhan, Counsel and Attorney-at-Law in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Nordic Star Law Offices, spoke at the webinar “Ways to manage an enterprise during bankruptcy proceedings: advantages and risks”. He shared with the participants different approaches to managing an enterprise in bankruptcy proceedings that have developed in practice, as well as possible risks. He cast light on the topic of terminating the economic activity of an enterprise during bankruptcy proceedings, focusing on the procedure for and possible obstacles to making such a decision. Using the example of court cases, the expert spoke about the risks associated with the wrong approach to the procedure for managing an enterprise, as well as the consequences of making an incorrect management decision.
