From arbitrators to enforcement: what was discussed at the 16th ICC Russia Arbitration Conference

International arbitration is a complex but important dispute resolution tool for businesses. It requires flexibility, knowledge of trends and a willingness to take on new challenges. On 3 December, the 16th ICC Russia Arbitration Conference took place in Moscow, where experts and arbitrators from the Middle East, Asia, the UK and Russia reviewed the year’s results and discussed new trends and requirements for international institutions. The main topics were the impact of sanctions, the choice of arbitrators, anti-suit injunctions and the search for neutral jurisdictions.

The Pravo.ru portal prepared an analytical material on the results of the conference, in which the Nordic Star Law Offices acted as a partner.
