Bosco di Ciliegi, the GUM department store manager, has liquidated one of its UK entities, which had long held the rights to its key brands. Last year, Ilya Kusnirovich, the son of the group’s founder, assumed control of the entity.
The Bosco di Ciliegi Group has decided to terminate the operations of one of its UK entities, Bosco Brands UK LTD. This follows from data from the UK state register of legal entities reviewed by RBC. It states that Bosco Brands UK LTD permanently ceased operations on September 23, 2025. The company’s deregistration application was submitted in late June, according to its company profile.
