- Managed the trademark portfolio of a leading Finnish company in the food industry
- Conducted due diligence of a popular mobile application and subsequently developed a legally secure mechanism for our client to acquire the application
- Provided ongoing advice for a UK clothing retailer on how to combat counterfeit products
- Conducted due diligence of trademarks, know-how and other IP items with respect to a Russian branch of a renowned Finnish producer of varnishes and paints
