The project involves a number of securities relating to almost the entire business of the client, state subsidies to an agricultural production company, and communication with some of the largest banking institutions in Russia
  • Providing full transaction support to a Russian subsidiary of one of the largest manufacturers of concrete and concrete goods in Norway during the production of pile caps for the construction of a gas extraction plant in Yamal
  • Acting as Russian counsel to the largest European producer of phosphate fertilizers in the analysis of the provisions of an insurance contract in terms of their compliance with imperative provisions of the Russian law and evaluating the prospects of litigation
  • Assisting the largest Russian supplier of mining equipment with supply chain optimization and advising it on VAT regulation for supplies from EU countries to Russia and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union
