  • Analyzed the documents relating to HR record keeping and environmental safety, health and occupational safety at a client’s plants in Russia to ensure the compliance of the company’s activity with statutory requirements. Based on the results of our analysis the client brought its internal documents and procedures into order and prepared its Russian enterprises for audits of the State Labour Inspectorate
  • Provided advice to a client, a major producer of concrete products in Norway, on labour and migration matters associated with the company’s CEO and the sole shareholder (a citizen of Norway) being refused to entry into Russia for several years owing to his/her Russian work permit being invalidated
  • Provided legal assistance when employees in divisions of a client’s company (one of the world’s largest oil companies) all across the Russian Federation (mainly in the Far East) were transferred to remote work from their home offices. Provided legal support to a client in implementing a remote work system, created by the client, in other jurisdictions in Russia
