Our team represented a Dutch national who is a UK resident in a matter concerning an inheritance from his late mother. The project implied that the inheritance procedure should be coordinated in the UK and in Russia, as well as a challenge to an unlawful inheritance in Russia by an heir of the second level of priority (represented the client in courts of general jurisdiction; administered litigation in foreign courts).
