Analysis of whether premises could be redesigned to comply with fire safety requirements in a building which is a cultural heritage site. The project was further complicated by the fact that the redesign involved premises actually owned in common with the owners of premises in the building but legally privately owned as a result of a faulty privatisation. For our client we also analysed the legal possibility of terminating private ownership of the premises based on their technical characteristics.
