Many Russian employees have left the country in what has become a mass phenomenon. Lawyers are among the relocatees. Head Hunter lists many legal vacancies for remote workers, but not all of them will be suitable for working from abroad. The pandemic experience has shown some law firms the disadvantages of the remote format. Now those firms prefer employees who are willing to come to the office every day.
