In the context of a difficult economic situation and a steady rise in bank rates, the property market remains stable in 2024. At the same time, analysts note multidirectional dynamics in certain segments: against a backdrop of declining demand in the mass market, sales of apartments in high-end new buildings continue to grow, as do buyers’ demands for the quality of the developer’s product.
Serviced apartments are also experiencing significant growth, with investors viewing them as an analogue to a personal pension fund. Another trend is the diversification of developers’ business, in particular the growing interest of market participants in suburban real estate and the implementation of low-rise residential complex projects in the St Petersburg agglomeration.
Among the invited experts is Arina Dovzhenko, Partner and Head of Real Estate and Construction Practice at Nordic Star Law Offices. Arina will give a presentation on the topic: “Key legal features of apartment operation”.
