The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Court of First Instance, acting on a petition filed by VTB, held Kazakhstani businessmen Timur Kuanyshev and Evgeny Shlenskikh, as well as their wives, Alfiya Askar Abulkhair and Munira Baimenova, respectively, liable for contempt of court. Vedomosti learned this from the case materials. The reason for the contempt is the failure to disclose assets subject to seizure.
