On June 30, the ICC Russia Intellectual Property Commission will organize a discussion session dedicated to current issues of protecting individualization in the digital economy.
The discussion will focus on the controversial application of legal mechanisms to trademarks and trade names when used on online platforms.
The event is structured as a legal debate. The keynote speaker for the final discussion, “AI and Creativity,” will be Daria Bitkina, an Associate at Nordic Star’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice.
