Elena Lebets will speak at the annual RAA conference

Tomorrow, June 9, a discussion of the main challenges of cross-border bankruptcy will take place in central Moscow.

The organizer is The Russian Arbitration Association (RAA).

Elena Lebets, Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Nordic Star, will participate as a speaker and deliver a presentation in the first session on “Extraterritorial Measures (Secondary Sanctions, Blocking Statutes) and Their Impact on Bankruptcy Procedures.”
