Authorities will expedite the “relocation” of sanctioned investors with second citizenship / Comment / RBC

Russian businessmen holding dual citizenship will be allowed to expedite their relocation to Russian jurisdiction through the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), provided they are subject to sanctions. The Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a corresponding draft law.
