We are pleased to announce that Andrei Gusev, Senior Partner at Nordic Star Law, has been appointed to the panel of arbitrators at two international arbitration institutions: the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) and the International Arbitration Centre at the Astana International Financial Centre (IAC).
The Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC), established in 2018, has developed into a recognized arbitration institution in Central Asia, particularly for disputes related to foreign investment in Uzbekistan’s growing economy.
The International Arbitration Centre (“IAC”) serves as a key dispute resolution institution for the Astana International Financial Centre (“AIFC”) and the broader Eurasia region.
Andrei brings over 30 years of experience in international commercial arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. His practice spans multiple jurisdictions including Russia, Sweden, the UK, and the EU.
