Nordic Star Law Offices announces the appointment of Andrei Gusev, Senior Partner, to the Panel of Arbitrators of the SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Centre).
The SIAC, founded in 1991, is one of the three most respected arbitration institutions in the world, along with the International Court of Arbitration (ICC ) in Paris and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Admission to the SIAC roster of arbitrators is subject to a rigorous selection process based on proven experience in at least ten international cases as an arbitrator and a recognized reputation in international commercial arbitration.
Andrei Gusev has over 30 years of experience in international commercial arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. His practice spans multiple jurisdictions, including the former Soviet Union, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Andrei was previously appointed to the panels of the IAC, TIAC, and the Russian Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
