The Intellectual Property Court revoked the legal protection of the Poizon trademark, owned by the Russian company Poizon LLC. The decision was made on May 19 in a lawsuit filed by Shanghai Dewu Information (formerly Shanghai Shizhuang Information Technology), a Chinese company that operates the Poizon marketplace.
