German Azarov is a Senior Associate in the Transactions & Corporate Law Practice at Nordic Star Law Offices.

He advises Russian and foreign clients on matters related to corporate and commercial law, and provides legal support for M&A and real estate transactions as well as corporate procedures.

German also has experience in representing clients in litigation in Russian commercial (‘arbitrazh’) courts and courts of general jurisdiction, and providing legal advice in bankruptcy proceedings.
