Daria Krol is an Associate at the Transactions and Corporate Law Practice at the Nordic Star Law Office.

Daria advises Russian and foreign clients on corporate, commercial and contractual law issues, and participates in M&A transactions.

Daria's experience also includes supporting the implementation of IT projects, including legal support for software development and issues related to personal data protection, and representing clients in court proceedings in Russian arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
