Daria Bitkina is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice at Nordic Star.

Daria specializes in advising Russian and international clients on the registration and subsequent commercialization of trademarks in Russia and foreign jurisdictions, protecting intellectual property rights and combating counterfeiting in the Russian Federation and the CIS, as well as providing legal support for transactions involving intellectual property and transactions involving the provision of confidential information and trade secrets (know-how).

Daria has extensive experience representing clients in Russian arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, as well as preparing opinions on the prospects for resolving disputes regarding intellectual property and trademarks.

Daria regularly advises representatives of the creative industries on the registration and formalization of intellectual property rights.
