Successful representation of the Luxoft in a dispute with Russian Post regarding the recovery of debt for software

We are representing Luxoft in a dispute with Russian Post regarding the recovery of debt for software which was created by Luxoft specifically for Russian Post. The software was actually implemented and is being used by Russian Post. The dispute was complicated by the absence of an agreement duly signed by both parties, and required the collection and audit of a huge body of evidence. We won the case in the trial court and the court of appeal. Both decision were also upheld by the court of cassation, the State Commercial (Arbitrazhny) Court for the Moscow Region.
