◾ Sanctions and arbitral neutrality

Alexey Dudko (LEVEL Legal Services) and Tatiana Monaghan, Secretary General of ICC Russia, joined a discussion on how sanctions affect the selection of arbitrators, the organisation of proceedings and payments. Participants focused on the impartiality of the arbitral tribunal and the ability of parties to participate fully in proceedings.
