Kseniya Malmygina

Ksenia Malmygina is the Head of the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice and an Associate in the Transactional and Сorporate Practice at Nordic Star Law Firm.

Ksenia has many years of experience working with complex projects, including bankruptcy cases. Such projects require a thorough understanding not only of the specific issues of «bankruptcy» law, but also of the economic aspects of anti-crisis activities, financial analysis, which allows her to most convincingly formulate a consistent and unique litigation model for the effective protection of clients in court.

Ksenia also advises Russian and foreign clients on corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes assisting in real estate transactions and corporate procedures, assessing risks and developing strategies to minimise them.
