Nordic Star Law Offices lawyers have developed and maintain competencies in EU and US sanctions regulations and regularly explain to our Russian and foreign clients the corresponding provisions of such regulations. - Conducted due diligence of the contractual relationships of a large Russian producer of pipes for main gas and oil lines from the perspective of sanctions risks; developed internal regulations on the policy of cooperation with foreign counterparties
- Delivered training courses for employees from the legal department of Abbott Pharmaceuticals on sanctions regulation
- Advised AmCham and held seminars for AmCham’s members on sanctions issues
