We represented the client in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in a dispute over a breach of a license agreement by the Chinese contracting party; coordinated the efforts of Chinese lawyers in having the SCC’s decision recognized and enforced in China (international commercial arbitration).
