We represented the headquarters of a Scandinavian seafood manufacturer in a transaction involving the sale of a Russian business to local management and local investors. The transaction took place within an extremely short timeframe in the conditions of sanctions restrictions. Among other things, we managed to ensure that intra-group debts were settled.
