Provided support to a client in a dispute with a Finnish company supplying pipeline valves

In June 2022, a Finnish company, citing sanctions restrictions, suspended the supply of goods to the client and refused to return the advances that had been paid. Thanks to our efforts an amicable agreement was concluded. Under the agreement, the Finnish company undertook to return to the client the advance payments made under the contract, as well as to compensate part of the arbitration costs.
