Our team represented the interests of a global manufacturer of electronic and electro-optic equipment for viscosity control and ink control in the printing industry from Switzerland in the trial court in St. Petersburg. The matter concerned a cross-border sale of high-tech equipment for a Russian printing enterprise. The dispute was complicated by a counterclaim from the Russian party and the need to carry out an expert examination of the quality of the goods. The case was closed by signing a settlement agreement on favourable terms for the client.
