We have assisted a Danish production holding , one of the world leader in the sphere of climate solutions, in acquisition of a similar-type business in Russia. The acquisition was made within the global M&A transaction in the course of which the client purchased 100% shares in another climate equipment production company. We assisted on the Russian part of the transaction and managed finalize the pre-closing process, including legal due diligence and merger control procedures, within 2,5 months.
