Developed the main directions to have a criminal prosecution against our client terminated

Law enforcement authorities in the USA and Panama initiated criminal prosecutions against our client. Then Interpol issued a red notice against him. We appealed against those actions.

For this project, we coordinated criminal law assistance in the United States and Panama with lawyers from these jurisdictions. In addition, we handled the process of appealing the red notice in the headquarters of Interpol.
