Advised a client’s family office on the application of sanctions of the US, EU and a number of unfriendly countries

We advised the family office of a client who has dual-citizenship (Russia and an unfriendly country) on the application of sanctions by the US, the EU and a number of European countries against Russia. Identified sanctions risks in the structure of the client’s group of companies, and developed recommendations for minimizing sanctions risks.
