We analysed the possibility of implementing a Hewlett-Packard program for the disposal of used equipment in Russia involving a recycling company. This project is extremely important for the client in terms of environmental responsibility, and because it could allow Hewlett-Packard to meet the requirements of Russia’s extended manufacturer’s liability program to some extent.

We analysed the urban planning status of the target land plot for possibly organising pharmaceutical production on the site. We were involved in structuring our client’s transaction to acquire the land plot, prepared transaction agreements and represented our client in negotiations.
