“VTB Shanghai” suggests that importers get foreign exchange directly from exporters themselves / Comment / Vedomosti

Against the backdrop of the yuan shortage, VTB Shanghai began offering importers the opportunity to independently find exporters who receive foreign currency earnings and bring them to the branch for service. Then, VTB promises, payments from importers to their Chinese counterparts will be made quickly and without additional commissions, as they will come from this very money.
