The court ordered the Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Property Management Agency to repair three bomb shelters, and the Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard to maintain them. The decision of the Commercial (‘Arbitration’) Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region has come into force, satisfying the claim of the MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region against JSC Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant (SNZ), part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation.
