On 15 June, the Russian Arbitration Association held its fifth conference “Collecting Bad Debts: Throwing Good Money after Bad?” in Moscow. The conference focused on the issues of default and termination of contracts, managing foreign business, expropriation of Russian property abroad and finding venues for resolving Russian disputes.
Anna Zabrotskaya, a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice, gave a presentation on the moratorium on bankruptcy.
