Echoes of the moratorium: are lawyers ready for a wave of bankruptcy lawsuits? / Delovoy Peterburg

The legal conference “Bankruptcy-2022: key cases, main trends and a moratorium” has been held in St. Petersburg. Business newspaper “Delovoy Peterburg” organized the event together with partners: the law firm “Arbitrazh.ru” and the national association “Bankruptcy Club”. Within the framework of the conference, two sessions were held in which lawyers and arbitration managers took part, alongside representatives of the Commercial (‘Arbitration’) Court of the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, and the Federal Tax Service of Russia in St. Petersburg.

Andrew Bezhan, PhD, Attorney-at-law and Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Practice of Nordic Star Law Offices, spoke about particular aspects of carrying out and terminating business activities in bankruptcy proceedings.
