The trend of searching for new places for business development has been quite topical recently. The presence of a foreign structure in a holding company’s perimeter gives flexibility in terms of building payment and logistics chains.
Anton Borisyuk, a Counsel in the Transactions & Corporate Law Practice at Nordic Star Law Offices, together with Anna Shcherbackova, a trainee in the firm’s Transactions & Corporate Law Practice and Real Estate Practice, have written an article for the On-line Journal “Joint-Stock Company: Issues of Corporate Management”. In it, they have described a number of significant factors that should be taken into account when setting up a foreign structure.
