• Negotiated on behalf of a subsidiary of one of the largest European industrial groups with the customs authorities of a Central Asian country for an alternative classification of imported goods and for a reduction in import customs duties that had been additionally assessed
• Negotiated on behalf of a Kazakh customer with a western European architect’s bureau regarding complaints as to the quality of and timeframes for the design of an industrial facility
• Mediated in a conflict between partners of a large cross-border food production business
• Negotiated on behalf of a German supplier regarding the conditions for terminating its business with its distributor on the CIS market
