Anton Borisyuk is a Counsel and the Head of the Transactions & Corporate Law Practice at Nordic Star Law Offices.

Anton currently manages the firm's Transactions & Corporate Law Practice and is involved in all of its largest and most significant transactional and corporate projects. His team comprises four lawyers who handle complex transactional mandates and provide successful advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Anton also serves as the main point of contact for the firm and heads the department responsible for coordinating transactions with the Government Commission.
